Project Overview:

This Full Condo renovation, on the edge of the beautiful False Creek Seawall in Downtown Vancouver involved the entire space including the kitchen, two full bathrooms, master bedroom, and second bedroom / office. . Our client’s focus was to completely renovate the space and make it more functional, as well as modern. As with all condo renovations we were limited in terms of layout, but we were however able to make major improvements that substantially increased the size, and function of the home.

The space was thoughtfully designed with Italian custom millwork throughout.  The beautiful finish not only enhanced the beauty of the space, but also maximized storage and utility in all the rooms.  Almost all of the client’s belongings have a space out-of-the-way that enhances the modern-minimal feel of the renovation.

 

The entire home was finished with Miele appliances.  The Kitchen complete with panel ready fridge and range with a flush cooktop.  Polished Quartzite Taj Mahal countertops  and backsplash.  We finished off the kitchen with a Julien stainless steel under mount sink and a Brizo smart touch kitchen  faucet.  The bathrooms were finished with beautiful custom walk-in showers, floor to ceiling tile and Phylrich plumbing  finishes in Satin brass and satin nickel.

The entire renovation showcases fine attention to detail and elevates the space to a whole new level. Each piece is meticulously designed and tailored to fit the unique dimensions and style of the condo, creating a truly one-of-a-kind living experience.
