Project Overview:

This Full Penthouse Condo renovation, located next to Vancouver General Hospital in the Fairview neighbourhood of Vancouver.   It involved the entire space including the kitchen, master bedroom, spare bedroom, home office, two full bathrooms. Our client’s focus was to completely renovate the space and make it more her style. As with all condo renovations we were limited in terms of layout, but we were however able to make major improvements that substantially increased the size, and function of the home.

The space was thoughtfully designed with custom millwork throughout.  The beautiful finish not only enhanced the beauty of the space, but also maximized storage and utility in all the rooms.

 

The Kitchen is complete with a panel-ready fridge and range  with a flush induction cooktop.  A stainless steel countertop combined with mirrored backsplash was a very unique touch that really opens up the entire space.   The cusom millwork throughout from floor to ceiling, the intricate craftsmanship of the millwork brings an unparalleled level of sophistication and luxury to every room. The seamless integration of custom cabinetry, shelving, and paneling creates a cohesive and seamless design that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. From the built-in desk in the den, the elegant wall paneling in the entrance, meticulously crafted kitchen cabinetry, built in bathroom vanities, or the custom built in fireplace in the living room the custom millwork throughout showcases attention to detail and elevates the space to a whole new level. Each piece is meticulously designed and tailored to fit the unique dimensions and style of the condo, creating a truly one-of-a-kind living experience.
